This two-part Lartex Flo Self-Leveling Compound gives you a dense, smooth base that can be used with tiles, vinyl, carpets, or laminate. It uses sands, cements, and synthetic polymers in a mix that pours easily and levels itself out, so you waste less time troweling and spend more time finishing. Suitable for renovation and new-build projects, it can be applied over sand/cement screeds, concrete, prepared timber, and even floors equipped with underfloor or under-tile heating.
The Lartex Flo Floor Levelling Compound spreads to fill minor dips and imperfections, providing an even, tough surface that resists cracking under normal domestic and light commercial traffic. In 2–4 hours, it can handle light foot traffic and can be laid up to 10mm thick in one application. You get reliable performance every time you pour a screed with a coverage of around 4.3m2 per pack and a screed strength of CT-C20-F5.
